Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in McAllen, TX. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands‑on therapeutic interventions to support recovery and functional improvement. Daily responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, documenting progress, educating patients and families on home exercise programs, and coordinating care with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals. The role involves working with diverse patient populations in an outpatient setting, focusing on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and long‑term wellness. The Physical Therapist will also participate in team meetings, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and uphold clinic standards for safety, compliance, and patient satisfaction. Qualifications Strong grounding in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply evidence-based practices in a clinical setting. Demonstrated skills in Rehabilitation, including designing and implementing individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions. Focus on Patient Care and Home Care, with the ability to educate patients on exercises, self‑management strategies, and post‑discharge plans. Current license or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with a commitment to collaborative, team‑based care. Ability to work on‑site full time in McAllen, TX, and manage a diverse caseload in an outpatient environment.
