MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

Position SummaryThe Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining a cleanly facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks.Position ResponsibilitiesClean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)Empty trash and recycling receptacles into the appropriate waste bins and ensure that receptacles are kept clean and free of smellClean and disinfect restrooms and ensure that soap and paper dispensers are well-stockedPerform and document routine inspection and maintenance activitiesCarry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projectsNotify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairsMake adjustments and minor repairsStock and maintain supply roomsCooperate with the rest of the staffFollow all health and safety regulationsPosition Requirements and QualificationsCapable of following instructions and learn new techniquesStrong time management skills in order to ensure all work is completed by the end of shiftDemonstrate an understanding of standard cleaning supplies and equipmentSelf-starter who takes the initiative to determine and complete necessary tasks, even with minimal supervisionPositive attitude and ability to work as part of a teamMust be physically capable of performing 8 hours of physical work each dayAble to lift up to 20 pounds for short periods of timePossess a strong attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr Doral Automotive Group
