About the Opportunity

Blue Commercial Properties is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our growing construction team. With more than 10 commercial construction and renovation projects typically underway at any given time, our team operates in a fast-moving environment that requires strong organization, sound judgment, and proactive field leadership. We are looking for a seasoned professional who understands how to balance competing priorities, coordinate multiple job sites, and keep projects progressing without constant oversight. This is an opportunity for someone who has built their career through hands-on experience, takes pride in delivering quality work, and wants to continue growing with a company that values initiative, accountability, and results.

Additional Responsibilities

• Coordinate field activities across multiple active commercial renovation and construction projects.
• Develop and maintain short-term schedules, anticipate upcoming work, and ensure subcontractors are prepared.
• Prioritize jobsite visits and field responsibilities based on project needs, upcoming milestones, and potential challenges.
• Identify scheduling conflicts, material delays, and trade coordination issues before they affect project progress.
• Maintain visibility into the status of assigned projects and communicate meaningful updates without being prompted.
• Independently resolve routine field challenges while escalating decisions that affect project scope, cost, or schedule.
