Certified Surgical Technician

Shift: 06:30-17:00

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 12 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Requirements:

• Certification as a Surgical Technician
• Skills in aseptic techniques and operating room protocols

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain aseptic technique in the operating room and set up necessary equipment and sterile supplies for assigned cases.
• Scrub and pass instruments and equipment during surgical procedures.
• Pull cases as needed and break down the operating room at the end of procedures.
• Prepare the operating room and supplies for the following day's schedule.
• Be available for on-call duties as required by unit needs.

Compliance / Notes:

• Uniform Color: White or Royal Blue for nurses; Charcoal Grey for constant patient observers/sitters.
• Mandatory training requirements.
