Full & Part Time Remote Seasonal Positions Available - Residents of NY, NJ, PA, CT & FL Are Eligible

Available Shifts:

Monday - Friday

9:00 am- 5:00 pm
12:00 pm-6:00 pm

Prudent Publishing, the leading provider of personalized direct mail greeting cards, is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our friendly Customer Service dept. for our busy holiday season. ASSOCIATE CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR - $20.00 Per Hour

The right candidate for this position is a self-starter with previous customer service experience and a working knowledge of MS office. We are looking for someone who will:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email or live chat
Place orders and keep accurate records of customer interactions
Resolve customer issues by taking ownership and following through to a satisfactory resolution
Work independently as well as part of a team while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude
