Long Term Care (LTC) LPN Setting: Healthcare Facilities Job Type: Travel Pay: $2086 / Week Hours: 40.00 Location: Hart, MI The Long Term Care LPN assists the care team in the delivery of care for patients in a Long Term Care/Assisted Living Facility. The nurse demonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner with supervision, as well as critical thinking and performance ability in the coordination of patient care. Additionally, this individual performs according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.
