Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule. Role Type Full-time Salary $60K - $65K per year + annual bonus. Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job‑related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience and education. Summary As a member of our customer‑facing organization, you will engage directly with over 11,000 financial professionals across the country, helping grow and support their firms. As part of the Trading Support team in the broader Trading, Operations and Technology Solutions organization, you will work closely with other team members in all aspects of operational activities through both phone and processing. A collaborative and entrepreneurial approach will drive success as you learn and navigate all trading aspects of financial professional support. Your contributions will ensure our financial professionals receive best‑in‑class service in every interaction with Osaic. Our Trading Support team members receive robust training prior to moving onto the floor, taking calls and processing transactions for our network of financial professionals. Support is related to a variety of service‑related issues with an exceptional experience as the goal. These are not sales roles; rather, they are truly support and education experts. Our teams work Monday through Friday schedules. Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred; a high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Responsibilities Serve as a representative for the Osaic Network Handle field inquiries regarding mutual fund procedures and charges Process and facilitate mutual fund transactions from representatives Act as a liaison between representatives, clearing firm and sponsors Reconcile reject/error accounts and process loss billing Perform quality control on manual trades and corrections processed by traders Manage trade reject acknowledgements and market timing notifications Prioritize information that requires immediate attention Ensure timely follow‑up concerning all issues and inquiries Perform all other duties as assigned Basic Requirements Ability to prioritize and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook and PowerPoint Excellent communication and organizational skills Quick learner with basic technical skills to efficiently navigate various systems Strong customer focus orientation High attention to detail, analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of quality Self‑motivated and capable of meeting departmental expectations and deadlines Ability to participate and contribute to a team environment Preferred Requirements Two or more years’ experience in financial services operations or a broker‑dealer setting Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field is preferred FINRA Series 7 license Equal Opportunity Employer Osaic is an equal opportunity employer.
