Job Description

As a carpenter, you will play a crucial role in foundation work, building forms and platforms, mixing and pouring concrete, running and tying rebar, and smoothing, grading, and finishing concrete and forms.

Responsibilities

• Perform foundation work, ensuring stability and durability.

• Build forms and platforms, adhering to precise measurements and designs.

• Mix and pour concrete efficiently and safely.

• Run and tie rebar to reinforce concrete structures.

• Smooth, grade, and finish concrete and forms to achieve the desired texture and appearance.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in concrete finishing and form carpentry.

• 1-4+ years of experience in the construction industry as a carpenter and concrete worker.

• Ability to use hand and power tools, finishing tools, levels, and tape measures.

• Experience with blueprints and construction drawings.

• 1-4+ years of experience in rough and form carpentry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction.

• Ability to perform drywall and sheetrock installation.

• Capability to work with concrete pours and rebar.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
