Lead DevOps Engineer

Lead and support migration of on-premise or legacy systems to Azure and AWSDesign and implement scalable, secure cloud infrastructure aligned with migration goalsBuild and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support post-migration deliveryDefine and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM, or BicepWork closely with engineering and architecture teams to plan migration strategies (rehost, replatform, refactor)Ensure system stability, performance and security during and after migrationManage containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes where applicableSet up monitoring, logging and alerting for migrated environmentsIdentify risks, troubleshoot migration issues and ensure smooth cutover processesRequirements7+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE rolesProven experience in cloud migration projects (on-prem to Azure/AWS)Strong hands-on expertise with AWSExperience with large-scale or enterprise migrationsSolid experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM/Bicep)Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)Proficiency in Docker and KubernetesStrong scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python)Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Azure Monitor)Good understanding of networking, security and system architectureOUR BRANDS
