Dialysis Registered Nurse

Schedule: Varies Depending on Need

Assignment Details:

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license
• Experience in dialysis care
• Knowledge of patient care across various age groups

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Dialysis Unit.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and self-care practices.
• Maintain accurate records and manage documentation related to patient care.

Compliance / Notes:

In-state travelers will not be accepted unless they exceed a 250-mile radius from the facility.
