Shift Details :
- Mon-Friday 8a-4:30p or Mon-Thursday 4 10hr shifts
Dentist Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform dental examinations, diagnose oral health conditions, and provide appropriate treatments.
- Perform preventive and restorative procedures, including cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
- Take and review dental X-rays and other diagnostic images to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
- Administer local anesthesia and prescribe medications as appropriate.
- Monitor patients during and after procedures and provide appropriate follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate findings and treatment recommendations.
- Follow professional standards, infection control procedures, safety guidelines, and applicable regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current, valid, and unrestricted VA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
- Minimum of 1+ year within the last 3 years of recent experience as a Dentist
- Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
- Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,).
