Bilingual Early Out Representative
The Bilingual Early Out Representative will prepare and submit insurance claims for patients, and make outbound calls to collect and manage account payments.
Schedule: Monday through Thursday assigned a shift between 7:00am to 8:00pm CST, Friday assigned a shift from 7:00am to 5:00pm CST, Every other Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm CST
Location: Can work remotely, candidates local to Chicagoland preferred
Salary: $23.00/hour, also eligible for up to $200/month bonus

Day To Day:
- Make outbound calls to collect, post, and manage account payments in English and Spanish
- Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies either electronically or manually
- Identify and resolving patient billing issues and complaints
- Evaluate patient financial status and establish payment plans or arrangements
- Report on status of delinquent accounts
- Correct and resubmit claims to insurance companies and third-party payers
- Investigate and correct rejected or denied claims
- Translate patient information into alphanumeric and numeric medical codes
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adheres to all HIPPAA and FDCPA guidelines and regulations
What You Must Possess:
Must Have:
- MUST be bilingual in Spanish
- 3 to 5 years of experience in medical billing
- Experience in Collections
- Experience speaking with customers and insurance providers
- Knowledge of HIPPA and FDCPA
- Knowledge of medical coding, billing, and third-party billing procedures
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- Associate's Degree or higher preferred
