General Dentist - Surgery: Flexible Schedule, 40% of Collections

RisasDental and Braces in Desert Sky West Phoenix is seeking a General Dentist to join a high‑volume practice. The role centers on IV and conscious sedation, extractions (including impacted molars), implants, and pre‑prosthetic surgery in an outpatient setting.
You’ll work 12–16 days per month with 40% of collections, no buy‑in, and a stable Desert Sky location with a supportive chairside team. Arizona licensed with DEA registration is required; bilingual staff support is available.
