Senior Vice President Commercial Lending Location: Rowley, MA, US Employment Type: Full-time, Senior Management Salary: $250,000 - $350,000 annually Responsibilities Oversight of the commercial lending reporting function. Staffing, training, and development of commercial lending personnel. Management and development of commercial and marketing functions of the bank, including attorneys, appraisers, and third‑party vendors. Management of existing portfolio relationships and new loan production. Request specified information for loan application credit reports, background checks, reference checks, and other information pertinent to loan applicant evaluation. Analyze applicant financial status, credit, and property evaluation to determine feasibility. Compile loan package and approve with specified limits. Advise President & CEO on external factors that may affect lending policies and recommend and implement changes to policies and procedures. Promote and cross‑sell other bank products and services as appropriate. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university or minimum 10 years of management experience. Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Self‑motivated, proactive, and goal‑oriented. Strong organizational skills to perform and prioritize a high volume of tasks simultaneously. Consistently achieves goals and meets strict deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail. Embraces a team‑oriented culture and works collaboratively across the bank to support strategic growth plans.
