Welder We are seeking experienced welders to join our client's team. Welder Details: Temp-to-Hire position $22.00 to $25.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 01:30pm) Perform TIG welding on thin-gauge cold rolled steel (CRS), stainless steel, and aluminum Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and fabrication drawings Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety policies and procedures Work independently and as part of a team to meet production schedules Welder Qualifications: Experience welding thin-gauge CRS, stainless steel, and aluminum Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to use measuring tools and perform accurate fit-up Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
