While the facility is not air-conditioned, you will be out of the heat of the sun with consistent year-round hours, predictable shifts, and steady weekly pay.

What You Will Do:

• Packaging: Safely and accurately fill 45-50 lb bags with dry industrial materials.
• Palletizing: Efficiently stack heavy bags onto pallets to prepare them for shipment.
• Staging: Assist with moving finished pallets to the storage and shipping areas.
• Maintenance: Help clean machinery and keep your workspace safe and organized.

What We Need:

• Physical Capability: Ability to comfortably lift, carry, and stack 45-50 lbs repeatedly throughout an entire shift.
• Dependability: Excellent attendance and punctuality are strict requirements.
• Background: No factory experience needed. We welcome applicants with backgrounds in landscaping, construction, roofing, demolition, or warehouse work.
