Member Service Representative

As an ambassador of the credit union, the full-time Member Service Representative will assist in daily branch operations, perform routine and complex transactions, and engage with members to provide excellent service while meeting performance goals. Key responsibilities Represent the credit union professionally and provide exceptional member service, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all transactions Perform routine and complex member transactions, balancing cash and checks daily, and maintaining compliance with regulatory processes Actively listen to member needs and offer appropriate product referrals while collaborating with team members to achieve branch goals Required qualifications High school diploma or college degree Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment Ability to complete new account and loan training within 1 year of service Proficiency in basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of credit union policies preferred Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
