We are currently seeking a Full-Time RN Clinical Manager to join our Home Health leadership team and oversee clinical operations in Orlando, Florida. Supervise scheduling and coordination of all patient care services. Review and approve patient re-certifications and discharges. Audit physician orders for accuracy, legibility, and compliance before submission. Review and sign all lab reports, and promptly notify physicians of any clinical concerns. Conduct in-home supervisory visits to ensure high standards of patient care and staff performance. Support and mentor clinical staff to maintain regulatory compliance and service excellence. What You Bring: Completion of an accredited nursing program. Active RN license in the state of Florida (required). At least 2 years of nursing experience , including 1 year in Home Health (required). Strong knowledge of Home Health regulations, reimbursement processes, and OASIS documentation . Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
