Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Long Term Care for a travel assignment in Wheeling, WV. This role offers the opportunity to work in a skilled nursing facility that houses a mix of long-term and transitional care residents. If you have experience with IV care, mediports, and central lines, this position is an excellent chance to contribute to patients regaining their independence or stabilizing their health for long-term care.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Long Term Care

• Manage IVs, PICC lines, and mediports
• Administer blood products and IV antibiotics
• Conduct detailed patient assessments and care planning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including PT, OT, and case management
• Provide wound and ostomy care as necessary

Requirements of the RN - Long Term Care

• Valid RN license
• BLS certification
• Experience with managing IVs and central lines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capability to work every other weekend
