Job Summary
The organization is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist specializing in Ambulatory Care in an outpatient setting. This role involves providing pharmaceutical care within primary care clinics, managing an average of 16 patient visits daily, and supporting clinicians through medication management and patient education. The position is onsite, with a focus on delivering comprehensive pharmaceutical services in a primary care environment.

- Responsibilities include seeing approximately 16 patients per day across two primary care clinics
- Certification in PGY2 Ambulatory Care residency is required
- This role begins on 10/12/2026 and concludes on 12/26/2026
- Float: Float rotation may be required
