Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore mobility and function
• Develop personalized treatment and discharge plans that put patients first
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Technicians in line with practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to ensure comprehensive care
• Uphold safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license (or the ability to obtain one)
• Excellent communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to different facilities, schedules, and patient needs

Education

• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in physical therapy evaluation and treatment
• Strong patient assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Supervisory and teaching skills
• Compliance with regulatory and safety standards
• Adaptability and problem-solving
