Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform both Swedish and Deep Tissue massage with enhancements such as hot stones and aroma therapy
• Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa areas
• Uphold all hygiene and safety standards
• Promote spa services and wellness products
• Create a welcoming and relaxing environment for all guests

Requirements:

• Valid New York State massage therapy license
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a luxury spa, hotel, or wellness center preferred
• Knowledge of multiple massage modalities and willingness to learn additional techniques
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
