You pride yourself on delivering exceptional guest care. Using your knowledge to educate and give guidance to guests about treatments, skincare and products, which translates to sales. You thrive working in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A passion for skin health
• Confidence and a natural ability to build connections
• A believer in Fig and our vision
• Medical Doctor (MD) or Physicians Assistant (PA)

A day at Fig may look like:

• Welcome guests
• Perform cosmetic neuromodulator + filler treatments
• Prescribe retinols
• Chart procedures, process purchases and book services
• Communicate and collaborate with the Fig Bar team
• Maintain a calm environment
• Standing and moving for 4-6 hours
