Schedule - 3-2-3
Hours: 5am to 5pm, 6am to 6pm, 7am to 7pm, 8am to 8pm

Prioritizing responsibilities and key accountabilities while on shift. Collecting and analyzing raw material samples in-process samples and final product samples using analytical methods to assure that the samples and products meet internal and external customer specifications. Validate and approve raw material shipments. Analyzing customer samples
Monitoring process conditions and variables using various data historian tools. Involved in making process adjustment decisions and recommendations.
Communicate and supply analytical support to all levels of the organization.
Operating, maintaining, validating and calibrating bench top and in-line instruments. Data analysis, interpretation and reporting using a LIMS and SAP.
Troubleshooting process upsets and managing resources to resolve them. Training new employees on Quality Assurance systems, analytical methods and instruments.
Uphold all HACCP, ISO 9001/14001, and RC14001 principles.
