Posting Details Job Title: Nursing: Instructor/Temporary Faculty Vacancy Number: ETCON 2026 Department: AAH CON Administration Location: Greenville, North Carolina Job Type: Faculty (Teaching) Position Overview Position Number: ETCON 2026 Classification Title: Nursing: Instructor/Temporary Faculty Full Time or Part Time: Part Time (.74% FTE or less) Recruitment Range: Commensurate with qualifications Salary: Commensurate with qualifications Job Open Date: January 1, 2026 Job Close Date: December 31, 2026 Initial Screening Begins: January 4, 2026 Job Duties The College of Nursing is currently recruiting part‑time, fixed‑term teaching faculty for the following specialties: Nursing Leadership, Nursing Education, Doctor of Nursing Practice Program, Nurse Midwifery, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Anesthesia, Adult‑Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult‑Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist, PhD, BSN, Accelerated Second Degree BSN, Med Surgical, Community Health. Minimum Education / Experience A valid non‑restricted nursing license is required upon employment. Faculty teaching undergraduate courses must hold a minimum of a master’s degree in the teaching field or a related field. Faculty teaching graduate courses must hold a terminal degree in the teaching field or a related field. License or Certification Required A valid non‑restricted nursing license is required upon employment.
