Traveling Ultrasound Tech / Sonographer

Join the team as an Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) in Clinton, IA at a hospital. You will operate ultrasound equipment to produce diagnostic images used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions. This role requires adherence to departmental protocols, collaboration with radiology staff and other clinicians, and maintenance of patient records and equipment. Minimum Requirements: National certification in specialty from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Experience in a hospital imaging department or similar acute care environment. Willingness to participate in rotating on-call coverage including weekend and evening on-call shifts as required by the facility. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with diagnostic radiology workflow and PACS systems. Additional ARDMS specialties preferred. Assignment Details Shift hours: 09:00–17:30.
