Role Overview Plego is seeking multiple driven and experienced Digital Marketing Sales Executives to join our growing team and drive new business across SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, website development, and related digital services. In this role, you’ll manage the complete sales process, from prospecting and qualification through proposals, negotiation, and closing, while building strong client relationships and identifying additional business opportunities. If you have proven experience selling digital marketing or agency services and a strong track record of closing deals, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Generate, qualify, and close new digital marketing opportunities. Sell SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, and website development services. Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, and other outbound channels. Conduct discovery calls and understand each prospect’s marketing goals, challenges, and business requirements. Present relevant digital marketing strategies and recommend suitable services. Manage multiple opportunities, proposals, pricing discussions, contracts, and follow-ups. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts. Work closely with the marketing, strategy, design, and technical teams to develop client solutions. Build strong client relationships and identify cross-selling and account growth opportunities. Qualifications 3 or more years of B2B sales experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency or technology services company. Proven experience selling SEO, paid advertising, social media, content marketing, website development, or related digital services. Good understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels, terminology, and performance metrics. Experience working with US-based or international clients. Strong communication, negotiation, discovery, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting through closing.
