Position Overview We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern for the Spring and Summer of 2026, with the possibility of extending the internship into the fall semester as part-time or full‑time. This role is an exceptional opportunity for those deeply interested in contributing to the development of medical devices within a dynamic startup environment. Key Responsibilities Support the design, development, and testing of mechanical components for our pre‑clinical and clinical SPECT devices. Assist in product assembly and testing. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to solve engineering challenges. Maintain accurate technical documentation and design records. Qualifications Enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, at the sophomore level or above. Proficiency in CAD software; experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD preferred. A strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
