Aerie - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Your Role As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who enters the store with an amazing shopping experience and to represent our company values while showing your real self at work. Your Responsibilities You engage each guest with the AEO Selling Model, using a friends‑first mindset to help them find what they need. You educate guests about AE & Aerie products and enthusiastically recommend items that suit their preferences. You introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests. You flex duties across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as required. You proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. You support your teammates, willingly assisting any tasks needed. You conduct yourself with honesty and follow AEO’s policies and procedures. You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You appreciate AE and Aerie products. You have retail experience. You are at least 16 years of age.
