Retail Sales Associate Overview

The client is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales. You will guide guests, provide product knowledge, and create a welcoming, high-energy store environment.

Qualifications

18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
High school diploma (preferred)
1+ year sales/customer service experience (preferred)
Strong communication and customer-focused mindset
Flexible availability (weekends/holidays)

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service
Process sales and handle transactions
Support store operations (opening/closing, inventory)
Resolve customer concerns
Meet sales goals and performance standards
