Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Float as required to other units based on facility needs.
• Provide care for Level II NICU admissions and normal newborns.
• Attend vaginal and cesarean deliveries; attend all high-risk deliveries.
• Manage CPAP/BiPap, feeding tubes, and syringe pumps.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines.
• Maintain accurate patient records and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of NICU nursing experience required.
• BLS and NRP certifications are mandatory.
• Proficient in neonatal dosage calculations and ventilator management.
• Previous experience with placement and management of enteral feeding tubes.
• Must be eligible for a compact nursing license honored by Swedish facilities.
• Experience in attending high-risk deliveries is preferred.
