Commercial Lender
A local bank in Casper is seeking a self-motivated Commercial Lender with commercial lending experience. The role covers new business development, underwriting, structuring, closing, and servicing a portfolio of commercial clients across central Wyoming. You'll call on local businesses, from energy service companies to professional practices, and have the support of a bank that makes decisions locally.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate client needs and recommend lending and deposit solutions
- Cross-sell bank products and services
- Service and grow existing relationships
- Meet loan and deposit growth goals
- Open new accounts
- Analyze creditworthiness and prepare loan memos and loan documents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Customer-facing banking experience
- Familiarity with the Casper and central Wyoming business community is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with proposals and underwriting
- Organized and able to multitask
