Details SRO Float Pool position floating across various ICU and intermediate care units, including Medical ICU, Thoracic Cardiovascular ICU, Coronary Care Unit, Surgical Trauma ICU (Level 1), Neuro & Neurosurgery ICU, Special Pathogens Critical Care/Intermediate Unit (COVID), Thoracic Cardiovascular Intermediate Unit, Surgical Trauma Intermediate Unit, and Neuro & Neurosurgery Intermediate Unit May also float to ED Boarders (patients admitted but awaiting room assignment) Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00-07:00) Can offer 36 or 48 hours per week Every other weekend and every other holiday required Floating required in accordance with facility float policy Requirements Active VA or compact RN license required (VA license pending accepted at submission) Current BLS and ACLS certification required Epic EMR experience required Additional Information Provide direct patient care across multiple ICU and intermediate care specialties as part of a float pool team Must work 2 of the 3 winter holidays, including Thanksgiving, Black Friday, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day Up to 40 hours of RTO may be approved, though no RTO can be approved during the first two weeks of the assignment Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed First-time travelers may be considered for this role American Traveler Job ID P-750840.
