We’re looking for someone to provide part-time front desk sales support, four days a week, at our Sales & Design Center in Estero

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Answer telephones and direct visitors who come into the office.
• Greet prospective and current buyers in the Design Gallery.
• Register new home buyers.
• Process and distribute daily mail, parcels, and packages.
• Conduct Design Gallery tours, explain the design process, and present available options.
• Conduct Feature Home reviews for buyers purchasing inventory homes.
• Conduct Design Previews, as needed, for buyers purchasing to-be-built homes.
• Schedule Preview, Design, low-voltage, and pool appointments for new contracts.
• Assist with reselections and change orders, including DocuSign.
• Aid Design Consultants as needed.
• Open all models prior to salespeople arriving.
• Maintain model and completed feature home appearance by dusting counters, cleaning glass, fluffing pillows, and straightening bedspreads and curtains.
• Maintain Discovery Center common areas, including the coffee bar, water station, restroom supplies, and hard-surface cleaning and disinfecting.
• Report issues or concerns regarding the models, Discovery Center, and completed feature homes directly to the Sales Coordinator. Examples include landscaping, irrigation, water leaks, HVAC not working, power issues, pools, pest control, cleaning, and alarm issues.
• Support events and meetings by coordinating RSVPs and ordering food as needed.
• Monitor, order, and store office, marketing, brochure, copier, fax, light bulb, and related supplies.
• Keep community reports up to date, including traffic reports, online sales rotation charts, and UP system tracking logs.
• Manage the UP system and UP calendar.
• Audit websites and interactive screens.
• Set up the TV loop.
• Organize plans.
• Type letters, make copies for meetings, and conduct research.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support, customer service, sales support, or a related field.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft office software, with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, greet and assist visitors, and support other departments as needed.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Personable & highly motivated with excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of interior finishes and the homebuilding process preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• General sedentary work requiring the use of office equipment such as computers, copiers, printers, scanners and
• Position requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, grasping, writing, typing, repetitive motions, hearing ability, visual acuity, and climbing stairs.
• May occasionally lift and move up to 30 pounds.
