This role involves inventory control, picking and packing parts for shipment, and assisting with receiving activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.**Requirements/Qualifications:****Key Responsibilities*** Pick, pack, and prepare parts for shipping according to work orders* Maintain accurate inventory records and perform inventory control activities* Assist with receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming materials* Ensure parts are handled, labeled, and stored correctly* Follow safety and quality procedures in all warehouse activities**Qualifications*** High school diploma or equivalent required* Minimum of 5 years of warehouse or inventory-related experience* Experience with inventory control systems and processes* Ability to accurately pick and pack parts for shipping* Individual must operate a manual or electric pallet jack after training* Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team* Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for this roleThis position is not eligible for Microchip immigration sponsorship.**Travel Time:**No Travel**Physical Attributes:**Bending at Waist, Carrying, Feeling, Handling, Hearing, Kneeling, Lifting, Other, Pulling, Pushing, Reaching, Seeing, Stooping, Talking, Works Alone, Works Around Others**Physical Requirements:**25% sitting, 25% standing, 25% walking, 10% stooping, 15% bending, up to 50lbs liftingMicrochip Technology Inc is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
