Job Details:
Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse
Location: Lacey, WA

Pay Range: $2400-$2600 weekly
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (on-call as needed by rotation)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements: At least one year of recent Home Health RN experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their home environment.
• Complete documentation accurately by 10am the following day.
• Meet productivity expectations of a minimum of 30 points per week.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with HCHB requirements and documentation standards.
