Senior HRBP: People & Compliance Partner
The Summit Center
The Summit Center in Western New York is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead strategic and hands-on HR initiatives, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and policy development. You will partner with leaders to create a compliant, engaging workplace and drive organizational effectiveness.
The role handles investigations, labor relations, onboarding, salary administration, and benefits coordination within a full-time 37.5 hour week.
