What We Offer Competitive Pay – Based on experience Medical insurance, traditional or HSA, 95% employer paid for employee + % covered for dependents Vision Dental Life Insurance Short-term disability insurance Long-term disability insurance Paid Vacation starts accruing on day 1 401(k) or Roth 401k with 4% Company Match School reimbursement $1,000 Sign-on bonus Quality Bonuses Hazard pay for Attics and Crawl Space Jobs Discount on Quick Quack Membership for personal vehicles Job Responsibilities Perform residential HVAC system change-outs and add-ons (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits) Remove old units and install new systems according to the manufacturer’s specifications Modify or replace ductwork as needed for system fit and performance Ensure all installations meet local code and company quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment inside customers’ homes Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and team members What We’re Looking For Prior HVAC installation experience preferred, especially with residential replacements Strong mechanical aptitude and a positive attitude Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Willingness to learn and follow company procedures Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attic or crawlspace environments Schedule Full-time Monday–Friday, occasional weekends, or overtime as needed 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Ready to start your future with a solid company that invests in its people?
