A well-established, privately owned law firm in the Rapid City area is seeking a Trust & Estates Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney who is ready to step into an established practice and build lasting relationships with a loyal client base.


What You'll Do

• Advise clients on estate planning, trusts, wills, probate, and estate administration
  
  
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  
  
• Provide thoughtful legal counsel tailored to each client's unique needs
  
  
• Collaborate with an experienced and supportive legal team
  
  

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
  
  
• Active license to practice law (or ability to obtain licensure in South Dakota)
  
  
• 2+ years of Trust & Estates experience
  
  
• Strong communication, client service, and organizational skills
  
  
• Desire to grow within a respected, client-focused firm
