We are based in Parsippany NJ, with clients across the United States.This position is Contract-to-hireWhat you will be doing:Looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with strong hands-on experience on functional test automation using Selenium, Eclipse IDE, TestNG, Maven build, and Jenkins for CICDStrong sense of self-motivation, analytical skills and attention to detailProficient in using test case management and defect management tools; and configuration management/source control systems like TFS and Git/GitHubGood knowledge on test automation frameworks like Keyword, Data Driven, Hybrid and well versed with core java conceptsStrong coding abilities in java concepts and using Selenium for web-based applicationsExposed to both predictive and adoptive development model, analyzing requirements, converting manual test to cases/use cases into robust test automationIndividual contributor role with responsibilities including:Open for both manual and automation testingThorough analysis of user requirements/use cases and understanding of application functionality from a user perspectiveAbility to translate business and regulatory requirements into functional and solution level test casesDesign, develop, execute, review, and maintain test automation scripts to meet business needs, including Nth/current release scenariosDocument all execution test results and defects identifiedActive participation in daily status meetings on test automation progressProvide inputs on efficiency and re-usability of new/existing libraries/scripts/functionsExperience you will need:7+ years on functional test automation using Selenium, Eclipse IDE, TestNG, Maven build, and Jenkins for CICDAbility to be very hands on with strong technical skillsFamiliar with basic SQL queries to deal with backend testingTest planning and estimations knowledgeExperience collaborating with cross functional teamsClient facing responsibilities providing prompt and clear communicationsMust be capable of working independently and collaboratively.Bachelors or master's degree in Computer related fieldExperience that is preferred:Healthcare domainExcellent written and verbal communicationFlexible, team player, "get-it-done" personalityAbility to organize and plan work independentlyAbility to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environmentAbility to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teamsAble to train peersAble to work in our office in Parsippany, NJEligible to work in US without sponsorship, preferredOr refer someone FutureRecruitNet
