Account Representative
As an Account Representative for Krystal Pedersen State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer conversations. In this role you will be actively seeking out new prospects to quote and help grow our business through a mix of referrals, attending community events, networking, previous customers, incoming calls, online requests, and lead sources. Grow your career while making a positive impact in your community. We're looking for attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professionals to join our team. Our agency is committed to supporting and participating in a variety of community initiatives and charitable efforts throughout the year. Before becoming a State Farm Agent Owner, Krystal worked in this role as an Agent Team Member. If you're interested in eventually owning your own agency or managing one, this position offers valuable experience.
Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Find and quote new prospects.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Networking
- Attending events
Qualifications
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Willingness to get Property & Casualty Licensed and Life & Health Licensed.

- Our office is located in Troy.
- Our office is open 9am-5pm.
- We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
