Assignment Details
Float to inpatient and outpatient settings.
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapy license
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop treatment plans based on patient needs
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Provide patient education and support
- Document patient care in compliance with facility standards
- Assist in discharge planning and transition of care
