This role includes weekday clinic coverage, inpatient management, emergency room call coverage, and a broad scope of clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history, physical examinations, and assessment of vital signs.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Prescribe and administer medications in accordance with established clinical protocols and applicable regulations.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, discharge planning, and follow-up services.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) .

• North Dakota licensure (or eligibility for licensure).

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.

• Strong patient assessment, clinical decision-making, and triage skills in urgent or emergency care settings.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Salary: $75,000 - $150,000 per year
