Position Description You will serve as a Branch Head to support the EMALS and AAG Fleet Support Team (BL17000) within the Ford Class L&R FST Division, ALRE Department of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE. Position Duties/Responsibilities You will evaluate work performance of subordinates and recommend official performance ratings. You will give advice, counsel, and instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters. You will plan work and prepare performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates.
