Financial Accounting - Team Lead

Seeking an efficient, detail oriented, self-motivated Financial Accounting Team Lead in Nashville, TN to lead a team and manage accounting projects for healthcare practices. The Position: Lead, Train & Manage a team of professionals responsible for: Preparation of Financial Statements Bank Reconciliations General Ledger Maintenance QuickBooks imports Accounting Bookkeeping Management of projects and workflow for team Review of Financial statements Location & Work Eligibility: Position on site and based in Nashville, TN Must currently reside in the Middle Tennessee area or be able to reliably commute U.S. work authorization required No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance available Hybrid work-from-home eligibility available after 90 days (No full remote) The Requirements: At least 3 years bookkeeping and accounting experience. At least 3 years financials and tax experience. Accountable for budgets and deadlines. Protocol and procedure compliance. Attitude of excellence, commitment to team & drive to exceed expectations. CPA/EA preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Public accounting experience preferred. QuickBooks Pro Advisor preferred. Thompson Reuters CS experience preferred.
