Senior Product Manager

Own and optimize key components of the consumer finance shopping funnel to drive conversion and funded contracts Define and execute a product roadmap focused on improving customer experience, engagement, and business performance Use data, experimentation, and user research to identify friction points and validate solutions Partner with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, scalable, and high-quality digital experiences Translate business objectives and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, risk, operations, and compliance teams to align on priorities and execution Work closely with Ford Motor partners and the dealer ecosystem to ensure alignment across the end-to-end customer journey Navigate complex technical, regulatory, and organizational constraints while maintaining a strong customer focus Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, performance analysis, and iterative releases Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and lead Requirements Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer-facing digital products Proven experience owning and optimizing conversion funnels or customer journeys Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions and measure impact Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders Working knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and technical architecture Even better, you may have...
