Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment
• Prior experience in Mechanical Maintenance or Industrial Maintenance required
• Ability to work in a team based environment
• Must be able to work any shift as required

Responsibilities

• Practice and promote safety in such way as including but not limited to: Assessing risks before starting tasks, only performing authorized activities, utilizing proper PPE
• Perform industrial maintenance activities (Example: rigging, cutting, welding, fitting, lubrication, alignments, basic low voltage electrical repairs, hydraulics, and pneumatics)
• Troubleshoot and optimize equipment during operation and mechanical breakdowns; mechanical maintenance
• Make repairs, installations and replacements on a wide variety of equipment
• Operate light and medium sized plant mobile equipment
