Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide patient care and assistance in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Ensure residents' needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to supervising nurses.
Follow care plans and ensure compliance with facility protocols.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
Document care activities accurately and timely.
Adhere to infection control policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

Valid CNA certification in the state of practice.
Proven experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift, move, and support residents safely.
Possess current immunization documentation, including COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
