Forklift Driver

JOB SUMMARY:

Receive and stock product as it arrives to the facility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Stock Interior, Exterior and Millwork Shops with product
• Unload semi-trailers
• Check off product with packing list, label product correctly
• Deliver to correct location in warehouse
• Check in product with handheld scanner
• Order product
• Housekeeping

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pull bi-folds, pocket doors and columns
• Bale cardboards, cycle counts
• Inspect and tag special orders
• Assist other departments when needed
• Clean up grounds

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Operate a forklift
• Work well with others
• Good math skills
• Good reading skills
• Must be able to read tape measure
• Handheld scanner experience helpful

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 2 years of related work experience

Monday- Friday
Start between 7-8am and end time varies based on production

FT 40-45 hrs. and in the busy season closer to 50
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: $25 - $28 Hourly
