Our organization is on the lookout for a skilled General Surgeon to enhance our esteemed Critical Access Hospital located in Nebraska.
Practice and Organization Overview:- We are a community-focused practice aiming to welcome an additional general surgeon to our team.
- The role primarily involves standard general surgery procedures, with opportunities to perform scopes if desired.
- Common surgical cases include appendectomies, hernia repairs, bowel surgeries, breast procedures, cyst removals, laparoscopies, and various endoscopic services.
- A generous sign-on bonus of $100,000 is part of a comprehensive benefits package provided by the hospital.
- Compensation includes a base salary along with incentives based on productivity and quality metrics.
- Located in central Nebraska, our community is situated alongside the scenic Platte River.
